Ingredients

  • 500g - paneer
  • 2 - capsicum
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - oil

How to Make Paneer Capsicum

  • Cut the capsicum lengthwise. Cut the paneer.
  • Take oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add onions and green chillies. Saute till the onions get transparent.
  • Add the capsicums, cover and cook till the vegetables are almost cooked.
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Cook uncovered for 2 mins and then add the paneer.
  • Cook uncovered for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
  • Serve it with rotis.
