  • 2 - tender cucumbers
  • 50 g - paneer
  • 1/2 tsp - green chilli paste
  • 2 sprigs - coriander
  • 2 tsp - curds
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Cucumber Boat

  • Peel and cut the cucumber vertically into two.
  • Remove the inner flesh and seeds from the cucumber.
  • Mix the paneer, chopped coriander, salt and chilli paste.
  • Stuff each half of cucumber with this mixture.
  • Chill and serve.
