  • Dosa batter - 4 cups
  • Paneer - 200 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Tomato - 1
  • Green chilli - 4
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Dosa

  • Grate the paneer.
  • Finely chop the onions, coriander, green chillies and tomato.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan.
  • Fry the green chillies and onion for 2 mins.
  • Add the tomato pieces, salt and saute for a minute.
  • Add the grated paneer and turn off the flame.
  • Gently stir the masala and add coriander leaves.
  • Place a tawa on the flame and grease it with oil.
  • Prepare a thin dosa with the batter.
  • Place a scoop of the paneer masala at the centre of the dosa.
  • When the dosa is ready, fold it and remove from the flame.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato sauce.
