Ingredients

  • 500 g - paneer
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 - 2 tsps - oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves to garnish

How to Make Paneer dry fry

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Cube the paneer and shallow fry till golden brown. Take out and drain oil with the help of tissue paper.
  • Now add some salt and pepper, and mix well.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
