Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes - 100 gm
  • Tomato paste - 1/2 can
  • Jeera -1/2 tsp
  • Methi powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander and curry leaves - a few sprigs
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Fry

  • Heat oil in a wide pan, add paneer cubes and roast them on medium flame.
  • Add all the powders and curry leaves and 3 tbsp tomato paste.
  • Saute for a few mins and when its done sprinkle coriander leaves.
