Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - grapes
  • 1 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • 3 cups - milk
  • 4 tbsp - Lemon juice

How to Make Paneer grapes

  • Soak and wash the grapes, set aside to dry.
  • Boil milk on a low flame, add lemon juice to it
  • Stir well, when it starts curdling, remove and strain.
  • Rinse the paneer in cold water to remove the smell of the lemon juice.
  • Knot the cloth and hang it for about 1/2 an hour.
  • Place a weight on the cheese for 30 mins, to remove excess moisture from cheese
  • Knead the cheese to make it smooth and soft.
  • Add the powdered sugar and knead it again. Make balls out of this cheese, flatten them a little, tuck the grapes in and form round balls again.
  • Chill the balls for at least 2 hours
  • After 2 hours, cut the balls exactly in the centre.
  • Either serve it chilled or bake it for 10 mins at 180 degree C and serve.
