Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 kg paneer, cubed
  • Grind into paste:
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Rock salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder

How to Make Paneer Masala

  • Marinate the paneer cubes with the masala for half an hour.
  • Heat oil and fry paneer till it is golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
