Ingredients

  • paneer - 50 g
  • methi - 1 bundle
  • maida - a little
  • dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  • jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • onion - 2
  • tomato - 3
  • ginger garlic paste - little
  • oil to fry
  • coriander leaves for garnishing.

How to Make Paneer Methi Kofta curry

  • For Koftas:
  • Grate paneer. Mix it with finely chopped methi.
  • Add little maida with the above mixture so that it holds.
  • Add dhania powder, jeera powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  • Make small balls out of the above mixture.
  • Heat oil and fry the balls till they are brown.
  • For gravy:
  • Grind onion and tomatoes.
  • Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste in that.
  • Add onion-tomato mix to it, add a little salt and stir well till oil separates.
  • Add koftas to the above gravy.
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves.
