  • 100 g - paneer cubes
  • 100 g - button mushroom
  • 1 - green bell pepper
  • 1 - big tomato
  • 1 - big onion
  • 5 - green chilli
  • salt

How to Make Paneer Mushroom Bell Pepper Sizzler

  • Boil the paneer cubes.
  • Clean and drain the water from mushroom, then cut them into halves.
  • Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
  • Cut the tomato into square pieces.
  • Cut the onions into square pieces.
  • Fry paneer, mushroom, tomato, bell pepper separately and keep aside.
  • Warm some oil in a wok and splutter green chillies.
  • Fry the onion till golden brown and then add the fried bell pepper, paneer, mushroom and tomato, one after other.
  • Add salt according to taste.
  • Fry it for some time, then serve it in a dish with tomato and chilli sauce.
  • Serve with chapattis or hot jeera rice.
