Ingredients

  • 6 - wheat bread slices
  • 6 tsps - tomato ketchup
  • For topping:
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1 - small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped ginger, garlic
  • 1/2 - capsicum
  • 2 - green chillies
  • A pinch of turmeric powder
  • A pinch of black salt
  • 50 g - chopped paneer
  • 3 tbsps - coriander
  • 3 tbsps - mint
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Open Sandwich

  • Heat oil, add onion, ginger-garlic and fry till onions turn translucent.
  • Add chopped capsicum, green chillies, turmeric powder, black salt and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add paneer, chopped coriander, mint, salt and finally lemon juice. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Spread tomato ketchup on the bread and some of the topping.
  • Toast in an oven at 200 degrees C for 2 mins and serve.
