  • Paneer, cut into 2 x 1/4 - 250 gms
  • Mint chutney - 1/2 cup
  • For the batter:
  • Chick pea flour - 1 cup
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1.5 tsp
  • Ajwain (carum seeds) - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Paneer Sandwich Pakoras

  • In a bowl, mix ingredients for batter.
  • Add water and whisk for 2 mins. with hand to make a batter of coating consistency.
  • Spread chutney between two slices of paneer.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, dip the paneer cheese sandwiches into the batter and deep fry till golden brown on medium heat.
