Ingredients

  • 400 gm - paneer
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 pinches - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - chopped cashewnuts
  • 2 tsp - chopped raisins
  • Oil for shallow frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Paneer Tikkis

  • Mash the paneer thoroughly, add the coriander, green chillies, sugar, corn flour and salt and mix well.
  • Mix the cashewnuts and raisins.
  • Shape the paneer mixture into small balls.
  • Press a little in the centre of each ball, fill some cashewnut- raisin mixture and close.
  • Roll the tikkis in some corn flour.
  • Shallow fry in oil in a tawa.
  • Serve.
