Ingredients

  • 200 g - low cal paneer
  • 2 cups - maida
  • 1/2 tsp - ajwain
  • 1/2 cup - boiled, mashed green gram
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - ginger paste
  • 2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chaat masala
  • salt and oil to taste

How to Make Paneer Veg Samosa

  • Add salt to maida and mix in a bowl; add ajwain.
  • Add 1 tsp oil and 1/4 cup water to make a thick dough.
  • For the stuffing, mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
  • Shape the dough into a cone and dampen the edges.
  • Fill cone with stuffing and close the edges.
  • Deep fry the samosas and serve hot with ketchup.
