Ingredients

  • 2 - Large potatoes, boiled
  • 2 tsp - Besan
  • 5 tbsp - Kasoori methi
  • 5 tbsp - Chopped Coriander
  • 1 inch - Chopped Ginger
  • 2 - Large tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • Turmeric
  • Salt

How to Make Paneeri Aloo

  • Heat 3 tsp oil in a handi.
  • Add ginger and chillies to it.
  • Lightly fry besan in another kadai.
  • To the ginger and chillies, add tomatoes, kasuri methi, coriander, salt, turmeric, potatoes and fried besan.
  • Add lots of water.
  • Cook for 15 mins and serve hot with parathas.
