  • 450 g - chicken, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup - baby corn, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - black olives, coarsely chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp - thyme
  • 1 tbsp - parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • tomato ketchup
  • butter paper

How to Make Paper Fried Chicken with Cheese

  • Heat butter in a non-stick pan.
  • Add onions, the garlic paste and saute for 3-4 mins.
  • Add thyme, parsley, baby corn and olives.
  • Saute for a few more mins.
  • Add this mixture to the chicken mince.
  • Add grated cheese and two of the beaten eggs (keep the other 2 eggs for later use)
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix well. Keep aside.
  • Cut butter paper into notebook sizes. Cut 5 such pieces.
  • Brush the inside of each paper with the reserved egg.
  • Divide the chicken mixture into a butter paper sheet.
  • Roll each portion into a cylindrical shape. Twist and secure the ends.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Deep-fry the rolls till done.
  • Remove from oil and drain out excess oil on an absorbent kitchen towel. Remove the butter paper, cut the rolls into slices.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
