Mix the dry fruit with orange juice and leave aside. Whip the creamy cheese, then add the ricotta cheese, butter, egg yolk, sugar and whip together. Add the remaining ingredients except raisin and almond and whip it together until combine.
Then add the dry fruit, raisins and almond.
Place the mixture in a heavy thin piece of cloth, tie it as a knot, and place it in a colander and leave it for 24 hours.
Remove the cloth and place it in a serving dish then decorate and serve.
