Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cooked pastas (any variety)
  • 1/4 cup - rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup - mixed veggies
  • 2 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - rice flour
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make Pasta and Mixed Veggies Oats Pakoda

  • Take the cooked paste, rolled oats, mixed vegetables, gram flour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves with enough salt.
  • Sprinkle some water and turn everything into a thick batter.
  • Heat oil for Deep Frying, make small balls from the batter and drop gently to the hot oil, fry until they turn crispy and golden brown.
  • Enjoy hot with a cup of coffee.
