Ingredients

  • 1 cup - shell pasta
  • 1/4 piece - red bell pepper chopped (roasted on the direct flame for 3 to 4 mins)
  • A few - spring onions, chopped | | Few almonds - soaked and blanched
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • A few drops - lemon juice
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala - as required
  • 1 tbsp - olive oil
  • Kaara boondi or mixture or sev
  • Dates - tamarind chutney
  • Green chutney
  • Red chilli powder as required
  • Any masala - spice powder
  • Potato, boiled - 1
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Grated carrot - 2
  • Grated coconut - 1/2 cup

How to Make Pasta chaat

  • Boil water, add salt and pasta and cook al dente.
  • Rinse thoroughly in cold water, drain completely and set aside
  • Add all the ingredients to pasta except boondi or sev and toss well and keep aside for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with boondi and serve
