  • 1/2 lb - cauliflower florets
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 2 cups - pasta (cooked and drained)
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 2 slices - cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp -butter

How to Make Pasta in Cauliflower Sauce

  • Fry onion in 1 tbsp of butter until it becomes translucent. Keep aside.
  • Fry the cauliflower in the remaining butter until it becomes soft.
  • When cooled, grind onion and cauliflower (coarsely) in a little milk.
  • Add salt, pepper, cheese and remaining milk to this mixture and simmer.
  • Add boiled pasta to this and cook for another 5 minutes.
