  • Bengal grams flour (Besan) -60 gm.
  • Roasted and ground peanuts - 20 gm.
  • Onions -20 gm.
  • tomatoes -20 gm.
  • ghee -20 gm.
  • Coriander Leaves - a small bunch.
  • Salt - According to your taste.

How to Make Paushtik Omelette

  • Prepare a thin mixture of wheat flour, Bengal gram flour (besan), grounded peanuts and water.
  • Chop onions, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Mix in the above mixture.
  • Make omelettes in a non-stick pan or on a tawa.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutney.
