  • 1 cup - peas, cooked.
  • 1/2 cup - carrots, cut into pieces.
  • 1/2 cup - sweet corn, boiled.
  • 1 cup - milk.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder.
  • A pinch sugar.
  • 1 tsp - butter.
  • 1 tbsp - cream (optional).
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce.
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.

How to Make Pea and corn soup

  • Boil the peas and carrots till soft. Blend in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
  • Mix all ingredients except corn and strain.
  • Now add corn and bring to boil, adjust consistency and seasoning.
  • Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves and cream.
