  • 500 gms - peaches
  • 2 - ripe bananas
  • 200 ml - whole fat milk
  • 200 gms - fresh cream
  • 1/2 tin - condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 - lemon juice extracted

How to Make Peach and Banana Ice cream

  • Boil 100 ml milk and cool it down to room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, peel and thickly slice peaches.
  • Put it in a heavy pan, sprinkle sugar.
  • Heat it covered on a low flame, till the watery liquid get a bit sticky.
  • Add lemon juice, stir and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Cut and mix in bananas, blend it into a smooth puree in a mixie.
  • Add milk, cream, condensed milk to the banana mixture.
  • Run in short spurts till the mixture is light and frothy.
  • Set in refrigerator to 8-10 hours till they get firm but not hard.
  • Serve in scoops or cubes.
