  • 1 kg - peaches
  • 4 - bananas
  • 400 ml - full fat milk
  • 400 gm - Fresh cream
  • 1 tin - condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1 lemon juice extracted

How to Make Peach banana ice cream with condensed milk

  • Boil milk to 200 ml.
  • Keep aside under the fan to cool to room temperature.
  • Meanwhile, peel and slice peaches.
  • Put in a heavy-bottom pan, sprinkle sugar.
  • Heat, covered, on a low flame, till the liquid becomes sticky.
  • Add lemon juice, stir, allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Cut and mix in bananas, blend to a smooth puree in blender.
  • Add milk, cream, and condensed milk to the banana mixture.
  • Set in refrigerator for few hours till firm but not hard.
  • Serve in scoops or cubes.
  • Garnish with cubed peaches
