  • 4 - peaches
  • 1 tsp - mustard and urad dhal combo
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - asafoetida
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - salt

How to Make Peach Pickle

  • Deseed peaches and cube into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  • In a pan add the oil and put mustard and urad dhal combo. When the mustard stops spluttering, add asafoetida and chilly powder and remove the pan from the stove.
  • Add the cubed peaches to the pan. Mix well.
