  • 1 cup - peanuts, roasted
  • 1/2 cup - desiccated coconut/copra
  • 4 cloves - garlic
  • 8 - curry leaves
  • 8 - red chillies
  • Tamarind, a little
  • Salt to taste

  • Grind all these ingredients and keep in an air tight container.
  • This powder goes with all dishes like idly, dosa, rice, chapatti, or bread (with ghee or curd).
