Ingredients

  • 100 gms - butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 tbsp - crushed roasted peanuts
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 flakes - garlic
  • Salt and sugar to taste

How to Make Peanut Flavoured Butter

  • Put chillies, garlic in a small electric mixer.
  • Mix them till they get crushed.
  • Add softened butter, run in short spurts to blend it.
  • Add crushed nuts, salt, sugar and run for a few seconds.
  • Serve it with toast, warm buns, Monaco biscuits, crackers, etc.
