Sift flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda in a separate bowl. Add the egg and milk mixture to the flour and make it into a smooth batter. Add the grated pears and finally add the melted butter and mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan, pour round tablespoon full of batter in the pan. Cook at medium heat on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Arrange one layer of pancake, spread a thin layer of hazelnut spread, then arrange another layer of pancake and repeat. On top of the final layer of pancake, spread a thin layer of spread again and sprinkle with nuts.
