  • 2 cups - curd.
  • 1 - tomato (big size).
  • 3-4 - green chillies.
  • Turmeric, a pinch.
  • For seasoning:
  • mustard seeds.
  • urad dal.
  • tur dal.
  • oil for seasoning.
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Perugu Pachadi

  • Take curds in a dish, add salt and keep aside.
  • Cut tomatoes and green chillies.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add all the seeds for tempering.
  • When they crackle, add turmeric.
  • Also add chopped green chillies and tomatoes.
  • After the tomatoes are cooked, remove add to the curds.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with rice.
