  • 1 medium - cauliflower clean and broken into big florets.
  • 1 medium - onion, finely ground
  • 3 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1 - egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tsp - chilli paste
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce

How to Make Phool Gobi Manchurian

  • Blend chilli paste, corn flour, salt, egg and cauliflower till the egg and cornflour are evenly covered on the cauliflower.
  • Deep fry this and keep it aside.
  • Fry onion paste, and soya sauce.
  • To this add fried cauliflower and blend well.
