  • 1/2 - cauliflower
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 2 - cloves
  • 1/2 bunch -coriander
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1.25 cups - basmati rice

How to Make Phoolgobi chawal

  • Fry cloves, jeera, green chillies in oil.
  • Add cauliflower and fry till it turns brown.
  • Add salt and tomato ketchup. Then add coriander leaves.
  • Cook basmati rice separately and mix the rice with the cauliflower.
