Ingredients

  • 2 slices - pineapple
  • 3/4 cup - lychee juice
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 8 to 10 - ice cubes

How to Make Pineapple and Lychee Melody

  • Heat a non-stick pan and sprinkle sugar in it.
  • Place the chopped pineapple pieces in it. Cook till the sugar caramelizes and pineapples are lightly soft.
  • Add 1/4 cup of water and bring to boil. Let it cool.
  • Pour this in blender and add lychee juice.
  • Add ice and liquidize till smooth.
  • Garnish with a piece of pineapple and serve cold.
