  • 3 - large potatoes boiled, peeled and cut into small chunks.
  • 1- medium size pineapple cut into small chunks or 1 can of processed pineapple chunks.
  • 1- large onion chopped
  • 3 tbsp - cream
  • 1 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp - chopped mint.

How to Make Pineapple And Potato Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients together gently
  • Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
