  • 2 cups - pineapple juice.
  • 1.5 kg - sponge cake.
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp - corn flour.
  • 1.5 cup - sugar.
  • 2 egg yolks.
  • 2 tbsp - butter.
  • 1 cup - whipped cream.
  • 2 tbsp - grated chocolate.
  • pineapple rings.

How to Make Pineapple Dessert

  • Cut cake into small cubes and place in a serving dish.
  • Mix the juices with corn flour and sugar and cook until thick and boiling.
  • Remove from heat, cool slightly and beat in egg yolks and butter.
  • Pour mixture over cake.
  • When absolutely cooled, decorate with cream and grated chocolate.
  • Serve chilled.
