Ingredients

  • 6 rings - of pineapple from a tin.
  • 2 cups - syrup from the tin .
  • 1/4 cup - lemon juice .
  • 1 cup - paneer shreds .
  • 1 lettuce, shredded .
  • 15 gms - gelatin .
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves .
  • 6 wedges of lemon.

How to Make Pineapple paneer salad

  • Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup water. Cool.
  • Add to lemon juice and pineapple syrup. Pour into six moulds and chill till set.
  • In a serving platter, spread lettuce shreds. Arrange six pineapple rings on this.
  • Put the paneer shreds in the centre.
  • Unmould each pineapple mould over each pile and decorate with coriander leaves.
