  • 1 cup - finely chopped Pineapple.
  • 2 cups - Fresh Curds.
  • 2 tbsps - Milk.
  • 2 tbsps - Sugar.
  • 1/2 cup - Fresh Cream.
  • A dash of pepper.
  • Salt.

How to Make Pineapple Raita

  • Hang the curds for around half an hour till the water drains off.
  • Take the hung curd in a bowl and beat well till it is even.
  • Add the milk, sugar, salt, pepper and fresh cream.
  • Put in the refrigerator.
  • Add the pineapple in the curds just before serving.
