  • 3/4 cup - Pineapple (Cubed)
  • 3/4 cup - Yoghurt / Curd
  • 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Pineapple Raitha

  • Hang the curd for 10 mins to drain out the extra water.
  • Now pour it in a wide bowl.
  • Add salt, sugar, red chilli powder, jeera powder and chaat masala.
  • Mix well.
  • Add the pineapple cubes and mix well.
  • Serve chilled with biryani or as it is.
