  • Pineapple sliced roughly - 1 cup.
  • Rasam powder - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing.
  • Water - 2 cups.

How to Make Pineapple Rasam

  • Boil the pineapples in water for about 10 minutes.
  • Blend pineapple in a mixie and keep the juice aside.
  • Dilute this juice in water and boil with salt and rasam powder for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
