Ingredients

  • 2 - cucumbers
  • 1 cup - tomato juice
  • Parsley or coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice - one lemon
  • 1/2 cup - butter milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper as per taste.

How to Make Pink Soup

  • Mix cucumber, tomato juice, coriander leaves and some lemon juice in blender.
  • Then add butter milk and blend again.
  • Mix salt and pepper and serve.
