  • For dip:
  • 3 to 5 cups - sour cream
  • 50 g - blue cheese, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - freshly chopped parsley
  • For chicken wings:
  • 8 chicken wings (patted dry) 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce

How to Make Piquant Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

  • Mix all the ingredients for the dip and spoon into a bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chilli until just before serving.
  • Melt the butter and stir in the chilli sauce.
  • Arrange the chicken wings on the rack of an oven pan and brush with the chilli butter.
  • Grill for about 5-8 minutes.
  • Under the heated oven grill, turn and brush with the chilli butter once more.
  • Grill for another 5 minutes or until done.
  • Serve hot or cold with the blue cheese dip.
