Ingredients

  • 2 slices - bread.
  • 2 tsp - pasta sauce/pizza sauce/tomato sauce.
  • 2 slices - Swiss cheese/white mozzarella cheese (preferred).
  • 1/2 small - capsicum (bell pepper).
  • 2 small - mushrooms.
  • 1 small - onion.
  • 1 tsp - butter.
  • red chilli powder/pepper and salt to taste.

How to Make Pizza type snack

  • Toast the bread until it is brown and hard.
  • Apply butter to the bread and spread the pasta/pizza/tomato sauce.
  • Cut thin slices of capsicum, mushroom and evenly spread it on the bread.
  • Cut the onions in medium pieces and spread it on the bread.
  • Add salt and red chilli powder/pepper to taste.
  • Now put the cheese slices over the toppings on the bread.
  • Broil the bread with toppings at 450 C or 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts all over the bread.
