  • Besan(gram flour) - 1 Cup(125 g)
  • Ghee - 1/2 Cup(125 g)
  • Milk - 1 Cup(250 ml)
  • Sugar - 1/2 Cup(100 g)
  • Water - 1/2 Cup(125 ml)

How to Make Plain Besan Halwa

  • Take a heavy pan. Add ghee and milk together in the pan and heat it.
  • When the ghee melts add besan in it.
  • Keep it on medium fire till besan turns light brown, stir it frequently.
  • Add water and stir for few mins.
  • Add sugar, stir for 5-7 mins. and turn off the gas.
