  • 1.5 cups - besan flour
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup - wheat flour
  • 3 - green chillies
  • Few - curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 2 pinches - soda bicarb

How to Make Plain Besan ke cheele

  • In a bowl, mix besan and wheat flour.
  • Add salt, soda bicarb, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin powder, and turmeric.
  • Pour water to the mixture and mix well without any lumps and keep aside for 30 mins.
  • Heat a pan, smear olive oil and pour a small ladleful of mixture and spread it with a spoon.
  • Cook it on medium flame for 2 - 3 mins.
  • Flip the chila over and cook the other side. Serve.
