Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken wings
  • For the Marinade:
  • 6 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 3/4 tsp - Cuminutes powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cinnamon powder
  • a pinch - powdered cloves
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 3 lemons juice

How to Make Plain Chicken Wings

  • Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl, toss the chicken wings in the marinade.
  • Ensure the chicken is well coated in the marinade.
  • Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  • Barbeque over live coals of electric barbeque.
