Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rava
  • 1/2 cup - Grated Coconut
  • 2 - Green Chillies
  • Salt
  • Water (to mix)
  • Oil (to fry)

How to Make Plain Dosa

  • Mix rava, grated coconut, green chillies and salt. Add water to make it a paste.
  • Heat the tava, add a large ladleful and pat down like you would for a roti. After a few seconds, add oil.
  • It tastes good with ginger chutney.
