Ingredients

  • Boneless fish pieces - 1/2 kg
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 4-6
  • Ginger - 2 cm
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Oil - to brush
  • Lime juice, garam masala powder - to garnish

How to Make Plain Fish Kebabs

  • Marinate the fish pieces in lime juice, salt and pepper.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • In the meanwhile, grind the green chillies, ginger, coriander, mint leaves and cumin seeds.
  • Mix this with curd and add the mixture to the fish pieces.
  • Now let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Then, take the pieces and thread them on the skewers.
  • Brush with oil.
  • Place on a rack and grill till done
  • Sprinkle some lime juice and garam masala
  • Serve hot.
