  • 1/2 cup - groundnuts
  • 1 tbsp - chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp - turmeric
  • 2 -large red chillies
  • salt

How to Make Plain Groundnut Chutney

  • Heat groundnuts till it becomes brown and the skin comes off.
  • Heat chillies till it becomes crisp. Let this cool.
  • Add the ground nuts and chillies into a mixer along with turmeric, garlic, salt and grind.
