  • 6 - idlis
  • 1 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 1 cup - finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tbsp - tamarind chutney
  • 1 tbsp - mint chutney
  • For garnishing:
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - roasted cashews
  • 1/2 cup - sev
