  • 250 g - raw mango pieces
  • 4 tbsp - mustard oil
  • 1 tsp - asafoetida
  • 75 g - mustard seeds dal
  • 50 g - red chilli Kashmir powder
  • 20 g - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder.

How to Make Plain Instant Mango pickle

  • Heat the mustard oil until smoking and keep aside to cool.
  • Take a bowl, add the mango pieces, mustard dal, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, asafoetida and salt.
  • Mix well and then add the mustard oil.
  • The pickle is ready.
