Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken drumsticks
  • 2 - large onions, chopped
  • 2 tsps - jeera
  • 2 - medium green chillies
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - sesame oil (til oil)
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsps - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Jeera Chicken

  • Skin chicken drumsticks and keep it aside.
  • In a heavy bottom pan, fry the onions till brown.
  • When done, reserve some for garnishing. In the rest, add chicken and mix for 2 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low flame till chicken is done.
  • Put in a serving dish and garnish with reserved fried onions.
