  • 1 cup - moong dal
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - urad dal
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Plain Moong Dal Chutney

  • Soak moong dal in water for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and grind with chillies and salt.
  • Add lime juice to the paste.
  • Season it in oil with mustard seeds and urad dal.
